FAQ
Clear by design.
What the first offering includes, and where it starts.
Are checks continuous uptime monitoring?
No. The planned free tier checks selected public pages every 15 minutes. Results describe those sampled moments, not continuous uptime between checks.
Do I need a payment method?
No payment method is required to create a free personal account. The planned free monitoring package covers one website.
Can it monitor pages behind a login?
Not in the first offering. Initial checks are for publicly accessible pages. Authenticated journeys and private infrastructure are planned for later.
What does certificate monitoring check?
Certificate checks observe validity, the website hostname, and time remaining before expiry. The dashboard shows when the certificate was last checked.
Can I start today?
You can create an account and explore the local website-monitoring workspace. Metricome is still in development and is not yet a publicly launched service. The examples on this page are illustrative.
